Male: Ideal weight (kilograms) = [height (centimeters) – 100] – [(height (centimeters) – 100) x 10 percent]
Female: Ideal weight (kilograms) = [height (centimeters) – 100] – [(height (centimeters) – 100) x 15 percent]
For example for men, if you have a height of 170 centimeters, the way to calculate it is (170-100)-[(170-100)x10%], 70-7= 63. So, your ideal weight is 63 kilograms.
Meanwhile, if you are a woman with a height of 158, the way to calculate it is (158-100)-[(158-100)x15%), 58-8.7= 49.3. So, you weigh 49.3 kilograms.
